Hello,
Some client want a Instant support so I am planning to decrease my ticket response time to 5 - 10 minute and also I will try to provide Online Live Chat Support within next few days(2 - 3 days)
Currently Ticket Support Average Time is 10 minute to 1 hour but I know you want fast support...
After few days You can find live support option on our all pages(maybe not on our forum or blog)
